Polygon Geofence
1) Create / Edit Geofence
Draw or edit the polygon first. Saving only stores the geofence as a reusable object.
2) Assign Saved Geofence to Vehicle
Choose a saved geofence and a vehicle. Assignment starts server-side monitoring on the next GPS message.
